Built in 1996 by the architect Matteo Fantoni.
The project was made to exploit the maximum simple structure and a good use of spaces, with a search of the materials without references to the local customs but with a special attention for details.
The final result is a wood floor of raw tables with 30 cm width, fixed with copper nails usually used for the boat decks, wood and metal windows with crystal safety 12 mm width and 5 layers.
A skylight roof in steel forged from local smith has a very “basic” final result but at the same time it highlights the quality materials.
A minimalist designed house but really enjoiable like a great villa thanks to the outside kitchen equipped with a dining area and a living room with chairs and sofas repaired by natural pergolas that shield from humidity of the night of the over 100 sqm terrace all paved with local stone.
The property has 2.000 sqm. pine forest in which the house is placed creating so a great sense of privacy.
