For privacy reasons 100m away from the main house there is a house for security guard and maintenance person (trusted person throughout the years).

The villa has an advanced laser security system, all around the house and in the most important parts of inside, area outside the property.

Cleaning service – 8h daily. A pool and property maintenance person – 9h daily. Carry and collection of personal clothing to the laundry (no charge).
