Villa Higueras is a brand new property just forty meters away from the sea. The house has direct access to the sea. This is a very unique property!
The property is located near Cala Martina and Nikki Beach, and a short drive from Santa Eularia des Riu.
Villa Higueras is right next to Villa Algarroba. The houses were built at the same time and maybe rented as a dual package to accommodate groups of up to eighteen.
Spend your stay lounging on the sunny terrace, swimming in the L-shaped pool, trying out local produce on the barbecue and enjoying everyone’s company around the shaded al-fresco dining area. Each of the five bedrooms at Villa Higueras has a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom; two of them also open to the terrace. Like the great room, the bedrooms are serene and contemporary, with fresh white walls and the same polished concrete floors. Hits of colour come from throw pillows, artwork and, in the bathrooms, vibrant patterned tile.
Not only is Higueras is a forty meters away from the shore, but it’s also within walking distance of several beach clubs and restaurants. It’s a 5-minute drive from the villa to Santa Eularia des Riu, a quieter town ideal for family trips or laid-back honeymoons, where you’ll find shopping, dining and a convenient supermarket.
For those who want to sample the island’s legendary nightlife, Ibiza Town is a 25-minute drive down the coast.
