The Ibiza City Council will distribute 18,000 euros among the winners of the Carnival parade and will offer a program with musical performances, a group of chirigotas from Cádiz, and a popular barbecue at Vara de Rey.

The complete schedule of the 2024 Ibiza City Carnival is as follows:

Thursday, February 8th

(Dijous Llarder) at Vara de Rey 6:00 p.m. ‘The Ice Princess, The Musical’. Altv Productions.

7:00 p.m. Children’s ‘Mariol.los’ Contest with Cachirulo. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

7:30 p.m. Free popular omelette for the first 700 arrivals.

Friday, February 9th at Vara de Rey 6:00 p.m. Musical ‘Neverland: The Rescue of Tinker Bell’. Altv Productions.

8:00 p.m. Chirigotas from Cádiz – Grupo Anonymous.

Saturday, February 10th

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Children’s Carnival Party at the Platja d’en Bossa Neighborhood Association.

5:00 p.m. Carnival Parade. Route: The carnival procession will depart from Avenida de Santa Eulària and pass through Bartomeu de Roselló, Avenida de Isidor Macabich, Calle País Valencià, Avenida de España, and the finishing point will be Vara de Rey.

The Ibiza City Council, as it did during the Three Kings Parade, will also provide spaces for seniors: there will be 70 seats on Avenida de Bartomeu de Rosselló (corner with Ignasi Wallis) and another 70 on Isidor Macabich, in the area of Parque de la Paz. Another 30 seats will be reserved for people with special needs in front of the Church of El Roser. Additionally, when the parade passes in front of this temple, the volume of the music will be lowered to avoid discomfort for people with hypersensitivity. Ear defenders will also be distributed.

7:00 p.m. Grand Carnival Party with animation, prize-giving, and DJs. (Vara de Rey Tent) D-RAMØNES (7:00 p.m.), ISMASO (10:00 p.m.)

8:00 p.m. Free popular barbecue for the first 700 arrivals.

Sunday, February 11th

(Paseo de Vara de Rey) 11:30 a.m. Carnival Makeup Workshop.

12:00 p.m. Big Band Concert.

5:00 p.m. Children’s Carnival Party at the San Pablo Neighborhood Association with the musical tale ‘No hay color’, by Kairos.

Wednesday, February 14th

Sardine Burial (Parque de la Paz)

7:00 p.m. Sardine burial and musical performance: Clot dancers and live music performance with Roxela & The Gang. In Parque de la Paz. Sardine burial route: Calle Pais Valencià, Avenida de España, Calle Navarra, Ramon Muntaner, Murcia, and Josep Riquer Llobet to Parque de la Paz.
